Trophy Plus- Turf Blend

  • A blend of the latest Dwarf turf - type tall fescues
  • Performed with excellence in the latest "National Tall Fescue Test Trials"
  • Comprised of a blend of Gold Tag or Blue Tag certified seed that has proven successful in the Southern Nevada environment
  • Deep roots mean drought tolerant turf
  • Excellent wear tolerance, ideal for backyards, playgrounds and commercial applications
  • Has qualities of dense growth, fine blade texture, dark green color, improved turf quality and resistance to brown patch incited by Rhizoctonia solani
  • Maintains good growth and color under high PH conditions
  • Performs best in well-drained loam soils, but can thrive in less than perfect conditions
  • Trophy Plus has rhizomatus growth qualities that allow for filling in of bare spots
  • Endophyte level over 80% means excellent resistance to white grub worms, sod webworms, billbugs, chinch bugs, armyworms, and aphids

CUSTOM GROW PROGRAM

Valley Sod welcomes the opportunity to custom grow turf for your project. We custom grow sod for:

  • Parks
  • Golf Courses
  • Sport Fields

Sod can be grown on a 85% or greater sand base if specified that insures good drainage and reduces compaction.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

We offer sod installation on jobs of 20,000 square feet or more, depending on availability.

Licensed landscape contractors can be referred to customers for smaller projects. Installations can be made by the pallet load or through the use of our big roll installer.

Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM till 4:00PM PST

Shipments for next day delivery must be received by 11:00 a.m.
