We carry both cool-season and warm-season grasses. Fescue (Trophy Plus Blend) is the most common choice for residential applications. We also offer several Bermuda varieties that are staples for commercial applications but also work great for home and yards: TIFTUF (patented Bermudagrass, known for being the newest and most drought-tolerant grass), Tifway 419, Tifway II, and Tifgreen 328.

If you leave the old turf in place, the new sod’s roots may struggle to establish, which could cause it to dry out or not root properly.
